Lenora Chapman, IMFT
Hello there! My name is Lenora Chapman, IMFT. I am an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the State of Ohio. We serve the community of Westerville, OH and the surrounding counties.
Legacy Warriors Therapy, LLC has a heartfelt driven purpose, grounded in values of positive, emotional, physical, and spiritual boundaries. It is our objective to make forward progress in healing from the past, reclaiming the present with intent, and exploring purpose with a renewed sense of passion. We're deeply committed to supporting the well-being of our clients within our communities- by working together to improve relationships, increase self-regulation skills, and uproot what has been holding you back from giving yourself permission to live your best life on your worst day.

Individual Therapy

The focus of individual therapy from the first appointment is to help clients 1:1 from ages 12-65+ get started on your journey towards the life you deserve.

Couples Therapy
The Process of Healing
Do you talk at each other versus talking to one another? Couples therapy activates the utilization of active listening skills, provides a safe space to evaluate the presence of mistrust and/or infidelity, and explore goals of deeper intimacy levels. Yes, ride the wave- it often feels like it gets worse before it gets better!
Let us support you in this journey, as we shine the light on the dark places, with the use of appropriate emotional and physical boundary work.
